Biology: The Biology Department at Reed
College invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level, to begin Fall semester, 2011. A Ph. D. and
postdoctoral experience are required. The
successful candidate will develop a competitive research program involving undergraduates. The research area within genetics
should complement the expertise of the existing faculty. A renovated research laboratory and start up funds are available. Formal
teaching duties include a lecture-laborato-ry course in general genetics, an advanced
