MANAGER, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

This is a management level position with leadership responsibilities in technology infrastructure investments and coordinating
Information Technology (IT) activities within the CADC including: network administration; College liaison to University IT activities
and programs; coordination of College IT activities such as IT College Council and IT Unit Tech Managers; and oversight of College IT
resources such as CADC IT Help Desk, Dean's Office, and Student Services IT needs, and shared classrooms and labs. Supervises others
with full supervisory responsibility. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelors' degree from an accredited institution in Business
Administration; Management; Computer Engineering; Computer Science; Information Systems; Architecture, Design or Construction;
or related fields and five years of experience in IT management, budgeting and project planning including computing and digital
technologies. Employer will consider advanced degrees in lieu of experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
Knowledge of information technology principles and applications, computer system management methodologies, and new technologies,
along with how these issues impact design and construction education and practice is also required. Desired qualifications include
relevant experience in an academic setting; current certification as a Microsoft System Engineer or as a Microsoft Systems Administrator;
and relevant experience in one of the academic areas of the College.
MANAGER, COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING

This is a management level position with leadership responsibilities in coordinating the communication and marketing services for the
CADC. Primary responsibilities of the position include managing the daily administration and duties of the communications and
marketing activities; managing publication relations efforts for development and alumni relations; developing and managing the CADC
communications and marketing budget; serving as a liaison with local, regional and national media representatives; managing the
implementation of communications, public relations and marketing strategies designed to support the CADC; writing, editing and
distributing information intended for promotion of the CADC; providing oversight of the content of the CADC's website; advising,
collaborating and consulting with department/schools within the CADC regarding communications, public relations and marketing
issues and directives. Full supervisory responsibility for future employees will be a major responsibility and includes training, evaluating,
and making or recommending pay, promotion, or other employment decisions. Minimum qualifications are a Bachelor's degree from
an accredited institution in any of the disciplines within the College, English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business or a
related field plus five years' experience in marketing and communications services to include print journalism. Employer will consider
advanced degrees in lieu of experience. Knowledge of various marketing and communication theories, concepts, techniques, mediums
and strategies is required, as well as the ability to write for various audiences and in various formats. Highly desired qualifications
include extensive web skills and graphic communications expertise; extensive experience in the media, publication or communication
field; extensive experience in strategic communications and publications preparation; and higher education experience. Experience
writing about fields related to the College of Architecture, Design and Construction is also highly desired.

for the position of Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA). Rivier is
