The School of the Arts at Virginia Commonwealth University ( http://arts.vcu.edu) seeks
candidates for the position of Associate Dean for Student Affairs. This is a key leadership
position that requires a candidate who will bring an academic and administrative vision of the
school’s highly successful and nationally recognized programs in fine art, design, performing
arts and art history. U.S. News & World Report ranks the School of the Arts as the top public
university art and design school in the nation. The School of the Arts has sixteen programs,
three thousand students and a sister campus in Qatar. The school is known for its
entrepreneurship, collegiality and meritocratic ethic and the successful candidate will reflect
these qualities. The Associate Dean for Student Affairs enters an effective and proven academic
structure where innovative ideas and collaboration with colleagues are encouraged and

Candidates must possess proven leadership skills with evidence of progressive upward
trajectory in higher education. A demonstrated record of visionary accomplishments and a deep
understanding of the mission and functions of student affairs are required. Candidates must
possess a graduate degree from a professionally accredited school and a minimum of five years
in a senior level position, preferably with one or more years in student affairs. Satisfactory
college level teaching experience and a track record of successful collaborations with academic
administration and academic affairs are strongly preferred. Must have demonstrated experience
working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do
so as a faculty member at VCU.

The University of Medicine and Health Sciences, St. Kitts and the International
University of Nursing seek a a senior level candidate to be directly responsible for
ensuring compliance with federal, state and institutional regulations. The position
provides the overall management and leadership necessary for the effective
administration of student financial aid programs and ensuring service to students,
families and other constituents in relation to financial aid matters. The Director
will take a leadership role in collaboration with other offices, committees and
individuals in formulating policies and practices in respect to financial aid.
We seek an individual with 10+ years Financial Aid background, management
experience, and tangible lending relationships and industry contacts to help
bolster financial aid potential for our students. Evidence of strong communication
skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree; expertise in using integrated
software or other appropriate student information systems; and prior
supervisory experience or prior experience in managing or supervising a
financial aid office.

Purdue University Calumet, located in Hammond, Indiana, seeks an experienced and successful enrollment
manager with a proven track record growing and shaping new undergraduate student enrollment using best
practices in marketing, admissions, and financial aid.
Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, the Assistant Vice Chancellor for
Enrollment Services is a key member of the Enrollment Leadership Team and responsible for providing vision,
strong leadership, and strategic direction to three direct reports and their staffs: the Director of Admissions,
Director of Student Financial Services (financial aid and student accounts), and Registrar. This new position is
responsible for leading the annual enrollment planning process to formulate and implement strategies that
support the University’s new undergraduate student enrollment goals. The AVC for Enrollment Services will
assume a lead role in developing the University’s multi-year strategic enrollment plan.
The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree or higher and seven or more years of experience successfully
managing and mentoring staff, an understanding of higher education marketing and branding and how to build
and shape an inquiry pool, experience selecting and implementing a CRM, preferably one that integrates with
Banner, demonstrated success implementing best practices in student recruitment, and experience with using
financial aid and scholarships to support new student enrollment goals. It is expected that the successful
candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, use data and information
effectively in planning and decision-making, and demonstrate a strong commitment to student diversity.
The ideal candidate will come prepared to serve as an agent for change in a complex organization that is part of
the Purdue University System comprised of Purdue University in West Lafayette, two regional campuses in
Hammond and Westville, and three campuses jointly operated by Purdue University and Indiana University. The
director must work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues, faculty, staff, and other administrators
throughout the System. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and ability.
