Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) invites applications and nominations for
the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management. The Vice President is a
cabinet level position reporting directly to the President of the University and serves
as the primary professional responsible for new student enrollment results and
financial aid funding. The Vice President for Enrollment Management is responsible
for meeting the enrollment goals for undergraduate, graduate and non-traditional
students set by the President and defined by the OLLU Strategic Plan 2013 – 2018.
The Vice President will develop, implement, and evaluate strategies and tactics
which achieve both enrollment and net tuition revenue goals for the University’s
campuses in San Antonio, The Woodlands and the Rio Grande Valley, as well as
online.

Assistant Director of Student Involvement for
Programming
Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the
Involvement Record; Work with other units in Student Success and
beyond to coordinate the implementation of the Outside the Classroom
Curriculum; Establish involvement program for students; Supervise stu-
dent staff as appropriate.
Assist Associate Director in Programming efforts; Work collaboratively
with the Campus Programming Board, Student Association, Residential
Life and Athletics among others to help build a more cohesive and compre-
hensive activity schedule on and off campus that meets the needs of the stu-

Qualifications: The Vice President should have at least five years of experience
in higher education enrollment management at the Associate VP or Director level
or above; a master’s degree; demonstrated successful experience in developing,
initiating, evaluating, and improving recruitment, enrollment, communication, and
marketing plans and strategies from a data-driven perspective including the use of
social media and information technology; and ability to lead a performance-driven
enrollment management team. Experience in financial aid to develop enrollment and
retention strategies through leveraging initiatives is important. The Vice President
must have the ability to analyze regional, national, and global market trends as well
as current and anticipated demands for particular programs. Knowledge of best
practices in the efficient use of resources is expected.
Experience with traditional undergraduate, adult undergraduate, weekend, graduate,
and an on-line student population is very important. Working collaboratively with
other Administrative Council members to make decisions affecting the future of the
University is expected.

Involvement/Evening Events Management
Will serve as the evening on-site professional. When classes are in ses-
sion hours 2pm-12am W - F and 8pm-3am Saturdays. When classes are
not in session will work regular business hours. Responsibilities include
but not limited to; On-site management of student group events, supervi-
sion of event staff, serving as evening contact for student organization
concerns, developing reporting and follow-up structure for incidents and
managing late night programming, spaces and equipment
Bachelor’s degree required. Demonstrated progress towards completion of
Master’s degree preferred.
